Based on Criptonoticias, Grayscale will launch its Chainlink (LINK) ETF, GLNK, on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on December 2, 2025. The ETF will provide direct exposure to the price of LINK and will be executed and custodied by Coinbase. Grayscale filed an S-1 form with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to convert its Chainlink Trust into an ETF, and the registration statement became effective automatically under Section 8(a) of the 1933 Securities Act. The ETF could begin trading without explicit SEC approval, as the regulator did not intervene. Grayscale's move highlights its confidence in Chainlink, a key player in tokenization and traditional finance integration. The GLNK ETF may also enable staking in the future, subject to regulatory and tax conditions.
