BlockBeats report, June 2: Grayscale has filed an amended S-1 registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF, proposing a management fee of 0.29% and the ticker symbol HYPG. This fee is lower than those of similar products already launched by Bitwise and 21Shares. Bitwise’s BHYP Hyperliquid ETF charges 0% in the first month, followed by 0.34%; 21Shares’ THYP has a fee of 0.30%.
Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart said that Grayscale’s Hyperliquid ETF may be set to launch soon, with expectations that the fund will go live this week. The report noted that if successfully launched, this product from Grayscale would become the third Hyperliquid ETF. As of last month, net inflows into HYPE-related ETFs had exceeded $132 million.
