According to BitcoinWorld, a recent FINRA survey reveals a decline in U.S. investors' willingness to buy cryptocurrency. Conducted between July and December 2024, the survey found that the percentage of investors considering new or additional crypto purchases dropped from 33% in 2021 to 26% in 2024. While crypto ownership remains stable at 27%, the cooling enthusiasm reflects economic factors such as high interest rates, inflation, and risk aversion. Institutional investors with high-risk appetites also reduced their participation from 12% to 8%.
