The initiative aims to improve transparency in the crypto market and inform the development of UK crypto regulations, which are expected to be finalized by 2026. Eunice's CEO Yi Luo emphasized the importance of fostering integrity and transparency as institutional participation in the sector grows. The FCA's sandbox remains open for applications, and the regulator has been actively shaping its crypto policy agenda, including revising financial promotion rules and consulting on the applicability of traditional financial regulations to the crypto industry.
