BlockBeats report: On February 17, the total value of tokenized real-world assets on the Ethereum blockchain surpassed $17 billion, as major institutions such as BlackRock and JPMorgan continue to bring traditional funds on-chain.
This figure represents an increase of nearly 315% compared to $4.1 billion a year ago, further solidifying Ethereum's dominant position as the leading blockchain in the tokenized finance sector.
Currently, Ethereum accounts for approximately 34% of the total value of all on-chain RWA networks. The total market capitalization of stablecoins on the Ethereum mainnet has also risen above $175 billion, highlighting the network’s role as the primary settlement layer for USD-denominated tokenized assets.
