Do Kwon was handed a 15-year prison sentence by a U.S. Southern District Court for his role in the 2022 Terra-Luna implosion, which erased $40 billion in value. Prosecutors claimed he misled investors and hid major flaws in TerraUSD and Luna. The judge said Kwon "chose to lie."
