As reported by AiCoin, Delphi Digital stated on the X platform that institutional crypto demand has sharply declined, with inflows dropping 90% from the August peak of $5.5 billion to less than $500 million per month. October saw nearly stagnant capital flows, with BTC still attracting some institutional attention while altcoin trading has largely stalled. Strategy's mNAV fell from around 2.5 at the start of 2025 to approximately 1.2, significantly reducing speculative premiums, despite MSTR trading above its BTC holdings. Institutional capital remains in a wait-and-see mode, with the value of existing positions declining.
