In accordance with RBC, the crypto market has lost over $1 trillion in capitalization in the past month, with Bitcoin (BTC) falling 27% from its peak of around $126,000 to a seven-month low of $88,500 on November 20. The market has struggled to recover from the October 10–11 crash, which triggered over $19 billion in leveraged liquidations. Ethereum (ETH) and other top-10 cryptocurrencies also saw significant declines, with ETH dropping 24% to below $3,000. Analysts attribute the earlier year's crypto rally to falling U.S. interest rate expectations and institutional interest, both of which have now lost relevance.
