Crypto Fear & Greed Index Hits 2022 Lows as Bitcoin Tumbles to $93,000

In accordance with Crypto.News, the Crypto Fear & Greed Index dropped to 9 on Nov. 17, its lowest level since July 2022, as Bitcoin’s price fell to $93,000 amid $565 million in crypto liquidations within 24 hours. Short-term holders drove most of the selling, with on-chain data showing coins younger than three months made up the majority of the volume. Bitcoin ETFs recorded a third consecutive week of outflows, totaling $1.11 billion, with BlackRock’s IBIT leading at $532.41 million. The total crypto market cap fell to $3.31 trillion, down 0.9%.
