As reported by Odaily, Connecticut has issued cease-and-desist orders to Robinhood, Kalshi, and Crypto.com, accusing them of offering unlicensed sports betting contracts to residents. The state's consumer protection department has mandated that these platforms immediately stop promoting or providing such services. Robinhood responded that its operations are subject to federal regulation.
