PANews, July 21: According to GlobeNewswire, CoinShares has launched its UCITS platform with its first product, the CoinShares Bitcoin Mining UCITS ETF, listed and traded on the Xetra exchange of Deutsche Börse. The platform enters Europe’s approximately €26.3 trillion UCITS-regulated fund ecosystem, building on its existing crypto ETP offerings and targeting large institutional investors such as pension funds, insurance platforms, and private banks. CoinShares has received authorization from the Central Bank of Ireland to reuse the same UCITS vehicle across its group, enabling the rapid launch of additional digital asset and thematic strategy funds at lower marginal costs, thereby increasing management fee revenue and operational leverage through a multi-product, fixed-cost structure.
