CoinList has launched Passage, an on-chain capital market access layer designed to support tokenized assets. The platform provides compliant distribution, capital access, and infrastructure for on-chain and market news. Built on CoinList’s existing infrastructure, it has distributed over $1.2 billion in assets since 2017. Passage aims to unify fragmented markets across blockchains, issuers, and compliance frameworks.

ChainCatcher report: CoinList has announced the launch of Passage, positioned as an "access layer" for on-chain capital markets, designed to provide compliant distribution, capital access, allocation, and infrastructure support for tokenized assets. CoinList stated that as tokenized stocks, funds, yield products, and pre-IPO assets gradually migrate on-chain, the market still faces fragmentation among issuers, blockchains, and compliance regulations, emphasizing that "asset tokenization does not equal effective distribution." Passage will connect issuers, platforms, and investors to enable large-scale on-chain circulation of tokenized assets. According to the announcement, Passage is built on CoinList’s existing infrastructure. CoinList noted that since 2017, its platform has served over 160 countries and facilitated the distribution of more than $1.2 billion in assets.
