Citing Bijiie, Cipher Mining plans to issue $333 million in 7.125% senior secured notes, increasing its 2030 financing plan to $1.733 billion. The company will also expand its hosting agreement with Fluidstack, leasing the full 300 MW capacity of the Barber Lake data center in Texas. The 10-year expansion is expected to generate $830 million in contract revenue, potentially reaching $2 billion if renewed. Funding will come from the note issuance and a $118 million equity contribution.
