As per Biji.com, on November 27, WEMADE, a major South Korean gaming company, partnered with leading Web3 security firm CertiK to launch the Global KRW Stablecoin Alliance (GAKS). CertiK's representative attended the alliance's launch event in Singapore, where companies like Chainalysis and SentBe also joined. The alliance aims to promote the global development of KRW stablecoins. As a GAKS member, CertiK will provide blockchain browser support, security audits for StableNet's mainnet, and optimize node validation and on-chain monitoring to ensure the security and reliability of the stablecoin infrastructure. StableNet, developed by WEMADE, is the first dedicated blockchain mainnet in South Korea for the full lifecycle of KRW stablecoins. The collaboration will focus on mainnet technical support and secure, compliant infrastructure, aiming to drive adoption in payments, transactions, and cross-border use cases, and to build a mature, secure, and efficient digital asset ecosystem.
