Derived from TechFlow, real estate investment firm Cardone Capital has announced a hybrid fund combining commercial real estate with Bitcoin. The company recently acquired a $235 million multi-family residential project with 366 units, allocating approximately $100 million of the funds to purchase Bitcoin. The fund will use stable cash flows, low volatility, and tax advantages from real estate, with rental income used to continuously accumulate Bitcoin. The company aims to take the fund public, creating a listed entity with real assets, income, and tenants, modeled after a digital asset treasury company. This move is seen as a cross-industry innovation that could introduce new strategies to traditional real estate investment trusts (REITs).
