As per PANews, Canary Funds has officially submitted Form 8-A to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), marking the final step before the ETF's potential approval. If Nasdaq completes its listing certification by 5:30 PM ET on Wednesday, the first XRP spot ETF could begin trading on Thursday at the open of U.S. markets.
