As per CryptoDnes, Bitcoin's recovery is gaining strength as long-term holders and large investors move coins off exchanges into cold storage, reducing selling pressure and strengthening price floors. Despite the rebound, $5 billion in short positions remain active, concentrated at higher price levels. If BTC rises toward $98,000, a significant portion of these shorts could be liquidated, potentially triggering upward volatility. Institutional flows remain strong, with U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs collectively holding 1.36 million BTC, or 7% of the circulating supply. BlackRock alone controls nearly 4%. BlackRock CEO Larry Fink described Bitcoin as an 'asset of fear,' noting that institutional buyers continue to accumulate across a wide price range.
