The Bitget Design Team Uses AI as 24-Hour Interns to Automate Repetitive Tasks

Today, our design team lead, Vicky, gave a 30-minute internal talk to the entire team on how they use AI (silicon-based life) as their "24/7 intern" to automate repetitive and tedious tasks, allowing carbon-based life to focus on core value-adding work.

I learned a lot from listening and am very proud of our team; here are some insights I’d like to share with everyone:

Describe your needs in natural language, and AI will directly create a usable tool for you—no coding or complex operations required.

• Claude: Handles complex logic with more detailed outputs (slightly higher token cost)
• ChatGPT: Quickly draft initial versions, organize information, and answer questions
• Stitch: UI interface and prototype design
• Google AI Studio: Directly generate shareable web pages, currently free

1. Record your most time-consuming work segment.
2. Identify "zombie tasks"—mindless, repetitive activities.

1. Think about it: if you could permanently delete one task, which one would you choose?

These are the tasks most worth entrusting to AI.

(They would tell ChatGPT/Claude: “I want to build a brand compliance self-check tool so that when people receive third-party design files, they no longer need to ask the brand team for approval—they can quickly check compliance themselves. AI helps them organize clear requirement specifications, which the team then imports into Stitch to generate a UI interface. Afterwards, Claude or Google AI Studio generates an HTTP website for external use.”)

• Brand Compliance Self-Check Tool (Beta): Drag and drop images to automatically detect logos and fonts—no more repeated reviews.
• In-site banner tool: Automatically names files according to backend specifications, saving significant repetitive work.

• Social Media / PR Template Tool: Non-designers can easily edit images and update copy themselves
• PPT Multilingual Tool: Upload → Export Translation → Auto-Fill, All with One Click

What AI cannot do:

• Understand your boss’s true intentions, not just what they say (😆 Sometimes, your boss doesn’t even know what they want).
• Have coffee with the team and build trust
• Care about the final outcome and human experience

AI is best at:

Repetition, formatting, copy-pasting, batch processing, manual labor

Treat AI as a 24-hour intern, and focus on the tasks that only humans can do well—innovation, creativity, decision-making, and communication.

💡 My biggest takeaway after listening:

It's not that AI is so powerful—it's that people who know how to use AI are truly freeing themselves.

I have said repeatedly that the future will inevitably involve carbon-based and silicon-based life working together—this trend is irreversible, and you must embrace it; if you don’t, you will be left behind. Fundamentally, you are not being replaced by your company—you are being replaced by this era. That’s why we advocate for everyone to use AI. I believe that in this process, those who don’t use AI will be eliminated, but equally, those who do use AI—like our design team demonstrated today—will see their productivity increase fivefold or even tenfold.

Let AI handle the redundancy, and keep the credit for yourself.
