Based on Bitcoin.com, Nigel Green, CEO of Devere Group, stated on Dec. 1 that bitcoin could outperform the Nasdaq and gold following a deeper market reset. He noted that BTC has already experienced a more aggressive correction than equities or gold, and its volatility has amplified Nasdaq-like movements. Green explained that a 4% pullback in tech stocks translated into a near 30% adjustment in bitcoin, highlighting its sensitivity to risk. He added that corrections driven by deleveraging are constructive and could allow genuine demand to reassert itself. Green also pointed to improving macro signals, stating that even a slight easing of macro pressure could trigger a strong bitcoin reaction. He emphasized that bitcoin’s scarcity narrative and recalibrated demand position it to outperform in a recovery rally.
