According to The Block, B2C2 has received a crypto-asset service provider license from Luxembourg’s financial sector regulator, CSSF, enabling it to offer over-the-counter (OTC) spot trading services across all EU member states and three European Economic Area countries under the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulatory framework via the passporting mechanism. B2C2 stated that it has become the first globally licensed OTC liquidity provider authorized under MiCA. Previously, B2C2 completed its registration as a virtual asset service provider in Luxembourg in 2024.

B2C2 has received a MiCA license from Luxembourg’s CSSF, enabling it to offer OTC spot trading services across all EU and three EEA countries. The firm is now the first global OTC liquidity provider authorized under the MiCA framework. B2C2 had already registered as a virtual asset service provider in Luxembourg in 2024. The MiCA license supports its expansion into regulated crypto markets, including products such as spot Bitcoin ETFs.
