In accordance with Jinse, Aztec Network is driving the evolution of privacy on Ethereum through its Ignition Chain, Noir programming language, and applications like zkPassport. The project, backed by $119 million in funding, is building a 'private world computer' by enabling programmable privacy across multiple layers of the blockchain stack. Aztec's hybrid state model allows for both private and public data execution, while its Noir language lowers the barrier for ZK development. The Ignition Chain, launched in November 2025, is designed to be decentralized from the start, with over 600 validators participating in the early stages. Applications such as zkPassport demonstrate how privacy can coexist with compliance, offering identity verification without exposing sensitive data. The network also introduced a Continuous Clearing Auction (CCA) for AZTEC token distribution to ensure fairness and liquidity.
