As reported by AiCoin, Argentine judge Marcelo Giorgi has issued an order to freeze assets related to the LIBRA meme token case, targeting Hayden Davis and two other crypto professionals, Orlando Mellino and Favio Rodriguez. The freeze, which is indefinite, was requested by federal prosecutor Eduardo Taino and supported by a technical report from the Financial Investigation and Recovery of Illegal Assets Agency. The report indicated suspicious transactions in the three individuals' crypto wallets, potentially causing investor losses of $100 million to $120 million. The court approved the asset freeze and instructed the National Securities Commission to extend the measures to all related platforms within the country.
