Citing BitJie.com, Arca Chief Investment Officer Jeff Dorman refuted claims that MicroStrategy (MSTR), led by Michael Saylor, faces a forced sale of its Bitcoin holdings. Dorman highlighted that Saylor's 42% stake would prevent hostile takeovers, the company's debt lacks liquidation terms, and its traditional software business supports manageable interest expenses. Meanwhile, MicroStrategy's stock fell 4.22% to $199.74 on Friday, down 33.42% year-to-date, with a price-to-book ratio near 1.06. Bitcoin traded at around $94,293, down 1.2% in 24 hours.
