According to 1M AI News, Furqan Rydhan, co-founder of mobile advertising technology company AppLovin, published a lengthy post on X titled “The Age of Abundance,” arguing that AI agents have crossed the threshold of practicality and we are entering an era of abundance.
He believes three things have come together simultaneously: the quality of AI Agents has advanced from “interesting demos” to “delivering real work and producing trustworthy outputs”; token costs have plummeted, making previously uneconomical tasks now viable for automation; and more crucially, all infrastructure has long been digitized and interconnected—Slack, GitHub, Notion, email, and APIs are already in place, allowing AI Agents to simply integrate with existing systems and exponentially amplify output.
He thus proposes a distinction: the internet was a “0 to 1” endeavor, requiring the construction of infrastructure from scratch, teaching people how to use email, and convincing businesses to go online; whereas AI is a “1 to infinity” phenomenon, where infrastructure, platforms, connectivity, and data are already in place, allowing AI to layer on an intelligent layer that can auto-compound. The layer of work that still required human effort during the internet era is precisely the part that AI agents are now absorbing and scaling.
He also proposed that "directive" — the ability to determine direction — will become the most scarce skill: as agents handle execution, the bottleneck shifts from "who does it" to "what should be done." Taste, judgment, and the ability to identify key problems become disproportionately important. He has already seen teams of three deliver products that previously required 30 people, and solo founders building projects that once demanded venture-capital-level funding for manpower. Rydhan currently runs Founders, Inc. and the AI Agent platform Nebula.
AppLovin Co-founder: AI is the '1 to Infinity' Era

AppLovin co-founder Furqan Rydhan published an essay on X titled "The Age of Abundance," stating that AI agents have moved beyond theory and are driving a new era of abundance. He cites improved AI quality, lower token costs, and a fully digital infrastructure as key drivers. Rydhan compares the internet’s "0 to 1" growth to AI’s "1 to infinity" potential, where AI can scale systems exponentially. He also asserts that "directive"—the ability to decide what to do—will become the most valuable skill as AI takes over execution. This AI + crypto news highlights how on-chain developments are evolving with AI integration.
