Anthropic will provide access to its Claude series products to the 21 selected institutions in the second batch of the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) Super Sandbox to accelerate AI development. This round saw a 51% increase in applications compared to the first batch, with a total of 199 submissions. Participating companies will test solutions in agent-based payment security, fraud detection, AI governance, financial service inclusivity, and compliance automation. The FCA is also launching a 10-week AI training program co-hosted with the Centre for Finance, Technology and Entrepreneurship (CFTE); participating firms will continue to benefit from NayaOne’s digital sandbox infrastructure and NVIDIA accelerated computing resources.
