SOMO owns products such as "SOMO Codex," "SOMO Duel," and its flagship game "SOMO Battleground." Its ecosystem is dedicated to transforming digital collectibles into playable, streamable, and tradable assets across games.
After the acquisition is completed, Animoca Brands plans to leverage its existing Web3 ecosystem to develop the SOMO brand, enable cross-promotion, and drive growth of the combined community.
