According to The Block, Anchorage Digital, a cryptocurrency financial services provider and the first federally chartered crypto bank in the United States, has announced a strategic investment in the blockchain security company Immunefi, acquiring its native token, IMU. Immunefi will simultaneously provide security services for Anchorage’s non-custodial wallet, Porto, enabling institutional clients to directly participate in DeFi protocols and on-chain investment strategies. To date, Immunefi has secured over $180 billion in TVL across on-chain protocols and has awarded more than $130 million in bug bounties to white-hat hackers.
