In accordance with Forklog, Amazon Web Services (AWS) has launched the third generation of its custom AI chip, Trainium3, and announced the development of the next version, Trainium4. The company introduced the UltraServer system, built on a 3-nanometer Trainium3 processor and internal networking technology, offering four times higher performance and four times more memory than the previous generation. The system supports AI training and deployment at lower costs and higher efficiency, with a 40% improvement in energy efficiency. Clients such as Anthropic, LLM Karakuri, SplashMusic, and Decart are already using the third-generation chips. AWS also unveiled three new AI agents, including Kiro for developers, a Security Agent for real-time threat detection, and a DevOps Agent for performance testing. Additionally, AWS launched AI Factories, allowing enterprises and governments to deploy AI systems directly in their data centers.
