Update on the @BADFROGS11 treasury wallet! 🐸 First, I want to explain the situation with the previous developer. After we secured the Bad Frogs contract (for 0.3 ETH), the dev started acting unpredictably. The remaining payment of 0.2 ETH (for the art and trait files) was supposed to be sent after we received the files, as originally agreed. However, the dev began trying to change those terms. Because of this, we looked for a way to secure the files without paying the remaining 0.2 ETH upfront. Huge thanks to @OxSimpleFarmer ❤️ for providing a solution and guiding us through the process 🙏 To show our appreciation, we decided to sweep one PixelPups NFT from the BadFrogs treasury wallet 😎 (It will be staked soon.) Transaction: https://t.co/oLrqWWe5i8 Now, back to the treasury: We only paid 0.3 ETH to secure the contract. We’ll withdraw that 0.3 ETH later today and use it to provide liquidity on Anvil. I will fund the remaining LP upfront (just like with the contract) and then gradually reimburse myself over time using royalties from sales. This means Bad Frogs is now 100% community-run. I’m not the “dev” or the “owner” — we all are! All future decisions about how treasury funds are used will be made through DAO voting on Anvil. Anyone can submit a proposal. Much love ❤️ Tony
