know a guy for everything. keep the numbers that matter in your head, not your phone. spend real parts of your life offline. your family gets a codeword. any call or message asking you to move money, sign something or send a code, you hang up and call back yourself. every account its own password, long strings of random words, all of it in an encrypted vault. two banks minimum. some cash at home, some gold. a second passport if you can get one. bitcoin on a cold wallet, seed written on paper, two copies in two different places
