Good morning, everyone 💁‍♂️ The algorithm has completely killed my feed for the past week and a half—I’ve gotten deep into reading up on it, and I’m not sure I’ll be able to pull out anytime soon, unfortunately 🚨 Regardless!😐 I’ll keep posting, keeping you informed, and taking it all in stride—whether I get views, likes, or neither 💪 Today is November 1st, and we’ve completed two months of operational business 🍹 Here’s where we stand as of today: 🤝 Secured a major client: Already managing 5 projects for them. On Friday, we received confirmation for a 6th project. 🤝 2026 revenue forecast: approximately €150,000 (subject to slight variation if additional projects come in during November and December). 🤝 At the end of the year, the GmbH is likely to generate around €30,000 in profit. 🤝 No dividends planned—all funds will be reinvested. Positive developments: - We’ve established two partnerships that we’ll continue to nurture. - We’ve built a solid administrative foundation using SharePoint and invoicing systems. - We’ve optimized our sales processes. - We don’t need additional staff yet—we’ve found a great rhythm. - We know exactly what we want and what we need. - The foundation is now firmly in place for future planning and growth. - As of today, we can confidently say the company has strong potential for success if we keep going this way. Challenges: - As of today, we’re terminating 2/3 of our B2B partnerships due to significant misalignment in expectations. These will be wound down in November. One client wishes to continue into December, but I believe we’ll cancel that engagement; the other will be fully concluded by month-end. - We’ve lost several revenue-generating processes—learning from these setbacks to emerge stronger. - While we’ve grown faster than my original business plan projected, we wanted even more—and that leaves me slightly frustrated ⏪ As of today, I’m deeply grateful for the opportunity, the chance, and all the partners walking this path with us.
