One thing I’ve learned about business is that a good idea is only the beginning. Your first plan probably won’t work exactly how you imagined it. Some things will flop, some decisions will turn out to be wrong, and sometimes you’ll spend weeks working on something that nobody really wants. That’s part of it. The important thing is how quickly you can step back, understand what went wrong, and change your approach. You don’t have to get everything right.
