I started investing at the age of 12, when most kids my age barely understand the value of money. My parents didn’t give me an allowance—I only received money on my birthday and at Christmas. I gave all of it to my mother to deposit into my bank account; I never spent it—not on candy or anything else—I saved everything. At some point, I wanted more—the money I received wasn’t enough. That’s when I discovered the world of investing, specifically stock market investing. I began by buying my first stocks randomly through my traditional bank’s brokerage platform, which charged me exorbitant fees 😅. Fortunately, during this period, I didn’t lose any money. Later, I discovered dividends—and I immediately loved them because they felt tangible. I bought a few U.S. stocks, mostly the famous “Dividend Kings.” Eventually, I realized that with this strategy, I was underperforming the market, so I decided to stop. And just over a year ago, in June 2025, I discovered options—it was a huge revelation. On one hand, I could generate regular income like dividends; on the other, I achieved better returns than the market. The strategy I use is called the Wheel Strategy—a little-known approach in France but widely used in the U.S. It involves selling “PUT” and “CALL” contracts on stocks, allowing me to earn premiums.
