A code is free, applies automatically, and only ever ratchets up: as my tier climbs, everyone already on it goes 4% → 5% → up to 8%. Nobody's discount ever goes down. To be straight with you: it's 4% off fees, not volume. On $10M of taker volume that's $200. Small — but it's free money you're currently declining.
