A gentle reminder that there are influencers on both sides of the coin who can be completely wrong and face almost no repercussions because they’re still making money from your subscriptions. Follow whoever you want. Follow accounts that challenge your thinking or even ones that align with your current mindset and give you some optimism. Just temper your expectations, DYOR, and don’t blame anyone else if you blindly follow someone’s conviction and it doesn’t work out. $BTC has always been a buy and hold for me because I have a long term thesis. It sits in my long port and I don’t touch it. Dividend ETFs are different. I rotate most of them because my personal belief is that many are better suited for rotation than blindly holding forever, although there are absolutely some I’m comfortable buying and holding long term. But whether it’s me saying something, someone with 100K followers, or someone with 1M, you should always have the final say over your own money. Take in the information, challenge it, do your own research, and make the decision that makes sense for you. If it works, great. If it doesn’t, learn from it and adjust. At the end of the day borrow someone’s perspective if it helps you. Never borrow their conviction, earn your own. 🫡
