Massive respect to MrBeast for putting this much money into changing lives, but I have one genuine question: What happens in 5 years? Who funds the schools, teachers, healthcare, maintenance and the general running of the community? Will the village eventually generate enough economic activity to sustain itself, or will MrBeast have to keep injecting money? Because building it is one thing. Making sure it can survive without the person who funded it is the real test.
