Nigerian entrepreneur Kelvin Onovo @KelOnovo just shared a photo of the desk he used in his first office, and the story behind it is worth a pause. Years ago, he shared a small office with a friend. One day he walked in and told himself he would own the place. He had no plan, only a decision. Today he owns the entire three-bedroom flat. He says people who see the office now would never guess he once drove a Keke. That's the part most growth stories skip. Notice the order of events. He spoke it out loud while he was already working towards it. The words didn't build the office, the work did. The words just gave the work a direction.
