I have travelled across Europe this summer. I have spoken to many a young man from across the continent, from the Balkans to the sunny islands of the Mediterranean, to the clouds of the north of the continent and to those east of that once grey pall. The prevailing sentiment has been nothing short of abysmal. None know what they are doing. Everyone sees systemic failure, yet, seem to have been cuckholded into inaction. Many yearn for that simple life in their hometown but with the understanding that this vision of life is from an age that has died. Unknowingly, escape is what is most want but without any conscious vision for it. It’s all rather bleak really. Truly, incredible is the disanimation which has unfolded on the men of Generation Z - the lettering now seemingly quite fitting.
