We’ve received a report of funds being stolen from a BlueWallet user. We don’t yet know how access was gained. This is not confirmation that BlueWallet itself has been hacked. If you use BlueWallet, check your balance and recent transactions now. Review how your seed phrase was generated and stored, and who could have accessed your device. If your seed came from an untrusted source, may have been exposed, or you suspect your device is compromised, move any remaining funds to a new wallet with a fresh seed generated on a separate, trusted device. Do not reuse a potentially compromised seed. Restoring it on another device does not remove someone else’s access. This applies to every wallet, not just BlueWallet. Stay safe. Protect your Bitcoin.
