met sam at a gpt astra community night recently and we talked about ai and what i’m building in frontier ai infrastructure. i came away with a really good impression of him then i saw this old video of sam at 25 pitching loopt to someone in a diner. it’s strange seeing it now because loopt isn’t what people remember him for it made me wonder how many founders are in their loopt era right now the company they’re building today might not be the one they’re known for someday but it could be the one that teaches them everything they need to build the thing that is
