My dad by far! He already had 3 properties at 25 and a fully furnished apartment. He married at 27 and started having kids, meanwhile I’m way past 27 and still don’t have any of these. In terms of skills, jobs and education, I’m way beyond him while he was my age but the economy was fairer to them and things weren’t as hard as they are. Regardless. My old guy is way above me when he was my age and it’s the path he set me on that’s still making life easy right now for me.
