The revamped platform brings together 874 online services and 2,533 administrative #procedures, while introducing features designed to make public services more accessible, streamlined, and responsive to users’ needs. The new Idarati also integrates #artificialintelligence tools, user feedback mechanisms, and accessibility improvements, while laying the groundwork for Idarati X.0, a future unified entry point incorporating digital identity, a national digital wallet, interoperability, and the “once-only” principle.
