Two people can look at the same piece of work and still disagree on whether it met the brief. Neither of them has to be dishonest. The brief itself left room for more than one reasonable reading. Traditional software has no clean way to act on that. A payment either releases or it does not. Somewhere, 5 opinions have to become one decision. @GenLayer
