Six months in the neglected department. At first, it was so tough that I wanted to get transferred to any other department—even if I had to cause trouble to make it happen. But in the end, I personally experienced that I could do it too. I also learned that being busy might actually reduce stress. Now, I wonder how I should live the rest of my life? Exercise, reading, studying English? Maybe connecting these to social interactions would make them even more enjoyable. Actually, what made this department so hard was the lack of human connection. When I first arrived, no one properly explained my duties, and even after I got used to the work, I never formed any personal bonds. It felt like there was no one to talk to about the stress or difficulties I faced from the public. This reinforced how vital human connection is. First, I’ll make sure to take better care of my family. And since I managed to stay active and complete my tasks efficiently in this demanding department, no matter where I go next, I’ll carry this feeling and memory with me—staying diligent and maintaining productivity.
