@AzureSupport Urgent: case 2609170010001019 (severity A, opened Sep 17) needs manual ProDirect-to-Basic downgrade before my Azure sponsorship expires Sep 21, or I face a $1,000/mo charge. Portal downgrade button is broken and the case has had no response in 2 days. Please help.
