I just finished Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom about 5 min ago, 100.00% completion. My wife actually got me this for my birthday it wasn't a game I planned on spending money on anytime soon. I am so glad she did. This game was brilliant. Getting to weaponize classic enemies as your own minions is satisfying is a meta way. Perfect? No, but I can forgive or overlook most of its faults. Play style was tactical puzzley. Inspired creativity with how to solve problems. Surprisingly open world, considering the art style is 2.5D diorama. The possibilities and freedom with traversal and combat were endless. You can definitely feel the 'Wilds' influence on this. Pure eye candy. A map that made me want to actually explore and complete side quests. The *best* opening of any Zelda game I've played so far. Getting to play as Zelda, saving Link for once was really neat. They didn't immaculate Link in the process either, which was nice to see. A few things with the smoothie and collectibles system could've been more robust. I never really saw the value in Dampe's Automatons, but they were a unique and quirky mechanic. If you never plan to play this or don't care about mild spoilers, I've slapped together a little video of the final sequence. Watch it or not, I don't care. This is a 9/10 for me.
