Scrolling through X too often can trap you in a cycle of anxiety. There are simply too many brilliant people here—it feels like heroes flooding across a river: crypto traders, stock investors, AI learners,自媒体 geniuses. There’s just too much to learn. I treat X as a school, setting aside fixed times each day to attend class and absorb its information. Whenever I come across a great tweet or creator, I immediately save it, follow them, and study their content carefully. I’ve maintained this habit for years. Although I’m still anxious much of the time, the benefits of being in this environment outweigh the downsides. I’d rather be the dumbest among 100 geniuses than the smartest among 100 fools—always leaving room for upward growth.
