i totally agree with you on this. i think the lack of leadership from men is one of the reasons women have had to take on the responsibility of leading. and, in turn, that has contributed to the disrespect some men face. because honestly, why should a woman who is already independent feel the need to respect a man who is perfectly comfortable with her carrying responsibilities that he could be helping to ease her of?
