TIKTOKER PHAM TUAN UNDER INVESTIGATION IN BITCOIN DEFI SCAM NETWORK Hanoi Police are seeking victims in a case related to Bitcoin DeFi. According to preliminary investigations, Duong Nguyen Hung, Nguyen Tien Chien, Dinh Bat Hung, and Tran Tu Anh were identified as having created and managed the Bitcoin DeFi platform, while Pham Tuan and Mai The Tung organized advertising and lured investors, subsequently stealing their funds. The police urge individuals who have been defrauded through this scheme to contact the Hanoi Police Department of Criminal Investigation at 62 Nguyen Van Huyen for assistance.
