Sabancı Holding has exited Akçansa! The $427.9 million sale has been completed. Sabancı Holding has finalized the transfer of its 39.72% stake in Akçansa, a major player in Turkey’s cement industry, to Germany’s Heidelberg Materials AG. As a result of the transaction, $427.9 million has been credited to Sabancı Holding’s treasury.
